We hope that you and your students will join us for Experiencing Shakespeare—the Folger Shakespeare Library's first-ever virtual field trip! Based on Folger Education's philosophy that the best way to learn Shakespeare is to do Shakespeare, students will discover ways to explore Shakespeare's works for themselves.

Plus, register today for this free program and find out how your students can have a chance to appear in the broadcast by submitting a video clip of their own Shakespeare performance by March 1.

Experiencing Shakespeare takes students inside the Folger Shakespeare Library, the world’s largest Shakespeare collection. Through Experiencing Shakespeare students investigate original documents relating to Shakespeare’s life and times, take a trip backstage with professional actors rehearsing for a Shakespeare performance, and discover how to read and understand Shakespeare’s language. During the broadcast, students will have the chance to submit questions to Folger experts and hear their responses, live and on-air.

We hope you'll join us!
