Teachers are invited to the American Museum of Natural History Educator Evening for Brain; The Inside Story, Friday, December 10th from 4:30 to 7:30 pm.  The evening will include a catered reception, an introduction to the exhibition by Curator Dr. Rob DeSalle, and table conversations with scientists, researchers and physicians in the field of neuroscience. The evening will provide an opportunity for teachers to network, gather resources and reflect on how to use the exhibit with their students.

Brain: The Inside Storyexplores how the brain - a product of millions of years of evolution - produces thoughts, senses, and feelings; experience how the brain is continually changing at different stages of life; and discover how new understanding of the workings of the brain may help scientists repair and reverse declines in brain function.
